How to Apply:
Step 1: Complete One Time Registration (OTR)
- Visit the official UPPSC website: uppsc.up.nic.in.
- Click on the “One Time Registration (OTR)” tab available on the homepage.
- Fill in your Mobile Number, Email ID, and other necessary personal details to complete the registration process. OTR is mandatory for all future UPPSC recruitments.
- Upon successful registration, you will receive an OTR Number.
Step 2: Login and Fill the Application Form
- Log in using your OTR number or the generated credentials.
- Click on the relevant recruitment notification link on the homepage.
- Once logged in, some parts of the application form will be auto-filled with your OTR data.
- Carefully fill out the remaining sections of the Application Form, including your educational qualifications, experience, and other required details.
Step 3: Upload Documents and Pay Fee
- Scan and upload the necessary documents, your recent photograph, and signature in the specified format and size.
- Pay the required Application Fee based on your category using an online payment method (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking).
Step 4: Final Submission and Printout
- Before the final submission of the application form, thoroughly review all the details you have entered.
- Submit the application form.
- Take a Print Out of the successfully submitted application form and the fee receipt for future reference.
📝 Posts, Eligibility, and Pay Scale
The recruitment is open for two key positions:

🎯 Age Limit and Selection Process
Age Criteria (As on July 1, 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Birth Date Range: Candidates must have been born no earlier than July 2, 1985, and no later than July 1, 2004. (Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.)
